What happens to your information.

This is a plain description of how this website handles your information. It's written to be read, not to be dense — if anything here isn't clear, ask me.

What this site collects

Only what you type into a form. There are three forms on this site: the solar quote form, the referral enquiry form, and the contact form. Each one asks for the details listed on it and nothing more.

The site itself doesn't track you. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by this site, and no third-party trackers of any kind. If you browse without submitting a form, nothing about your visit is recorded by me.

Where form submissions go

Forms are handled by Netlify Forms, the hosting platform this site runs on. A submission is stored there and emailed to me. That's the whole path.

Your details are not passed to installers, not passed to Finn Business Sales, not sold, not shared with any marketing service, and not handed to any other third party. If a situation ever came up where an introduction to a supplier or installer made sense for you, I'd ask you first — in writing — and you'd decide.

Booking and payments

Booking runs through Acuity Scheduling and digital guide purchases run through Stripe. Both are separate services on their own websites, with their own privacy policies and their own handling of your data. This site doesn't collect or store booking or payment details — when you book or buy, you're on their platform, not mine.

How long it's kept

Enquiries are kept as long as they're useful for the work — an active conversation, a job in progress, or a record of advice given. There's no fixed schedule. If you want your details removed, email me and I'll delete them.

Access and removal

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email jarrod@jarrodosborn.au or call 0419 782 761.
