Osborn Energy Advisory operates differently. You pay a flat fee for an independent assessment. I don't receive anything from installers. What I tell you reflects what I actually think — not what earns me a commission.

Full Disclosure Osborn Consulting operates in three modes: Advisory (fee-for-service, fully independent), Referral (disclosed commission arrangements), and Brokerage (through Finn Business Sales).

In an Energy Advisory session, I operate strictly on a flat fee and accept $0 from installers — that's the whole point. If you separately ask for a direct installer introduction outside of a paid session, any standard referral arrangement is disclosed to you in writing before any introduction is made.
